Solari Advisors registers with states in which we have five or more clients. We are currently registered in Alaska, Arizona, California, Oregon and Tennessee.

While we recommend specific investments, we do not exercise discretionary control over client accounts, execute transactions, or take custody of client funds or securities. We can help clients learn to execute their own trades. For clients who do not desire to perform such services for themselves, we offer advice and assistance in selecting, working with, and monitoring banks, brokers, and other investment and financial advisers.

We have a particular focus on precious metals and precious metals-related investments. As described in our Form ADV, (page 9-10, Item 7C.), our affiliate, Solari Inc, operates a precious metals dealership, Solari Silver & Gold, which buys and sells silver and gold to customers in all states of the United States except Tennessee. While we can arrange purchases of silver and gold for Solari Advisors clients and their IRA accounts, our clients are under no obligation to purchase precious metals from our affiliate, and we are happy to explore alternatives for clients who wish to purchase from other sources.
